Our Services
Burkhart Consulting & Design is a full-service landscape and hardscape consulting firm specializing in high-end residential outdoor living projects. We combine thoughtful design, technical expertise and advanced 3D visualization to help clients clearly see their outdoor spaces before making a major investment. Our process ensures confidence, precision and a seamless transition from concept to reality.
We collaborate closely with homeowners, builders, and contractors to ensure each design is not only visually striking, but also practical, buildable and aligned with each clients’ long-term vision and budget.

Provide detailed high-end 3D renderings of your proposed outdoor living project. This package includes the following:
(5) 3D Renderings of the proposed project. Renderings are all done to scale.
Plot plan of the project with measurements.
Site take offs for all softscape and hardscape items for future bidding purposes.
Hourly Rate for this service is $90/hour. There is a $400 minimum for each design.

Provide detailed high-end 3D renderings of your proposed outdoor living project. This package includes the following:
(15) 3D Renderings of the proposed project. Renderings are all done to scale. Daytime and Nighttime renderings available.
Plot plan of the project with measurements.
Site take offs for all softscape and hardscape items for future bidding purposes.
(2) On-Site visits. Typically for initial project layout & progress check mid-project.
Hourly Rate for this service is $150/hour. There is an $800 minimum for each design.
